Leptin – the most slimming word in the world

Our body is a one-of-a-kind machine. He is constantly trying to heal himself, to balance himself, to take care of himself. We? He is challenged again and again, day after day, sometimes hour after hour. The modern lifestyle, the stress, the lack of sleep, even our diet – all of these throw the body out of balance, and put us and our body together in a constant spiral of imbalance. This imbalance is expressed, among other things, in our hormonal system, both men and women, and when it comes to the digestive system and the tendency to obesity, one hormone stands out for its importance above all others – Leptin .

Until recently, not many people knew him or his importance. Today, more and more people are beginning to learn and understand the importance of hormonal balance on the general body condition and body weight in general. For the average person, this is important mainly because it is healthy, and because it is dietary. Let's explain why.

Obesity – an imbalance that leads to overeating and fat storage

In principle, there is no reason for us to gain weight. We store fat so that we have a reserve for emergency situations. But between us, when was the last time you really experienced a real hunger crisis? Statistically, everyone reading these lines has never experienced hunger even once in their life. Real hunger, hunger of a full fast of a few weeks, hunger of a real lack of food.

It doesn't happen to us, in the West. We almost always have too much food accessible and available, and more than that – the food available to us is too high in calories. Not hunger, the main problem of Western man is oversatiety, a tendency to eat much more than we need, even though there is no need to store fat. It starts, and ends, with hormonal balance and healthy eating.

Leptin is responsible for creating the feeling of satiety. In other words, if you feel full, it is likely that enough leptin has been secreted and your brain has been informed that this is it, you have reached the required quota, it is possible, and even worthwhile and desirable, to stop eating. But what happens when this hormone doesn't function properly? What happens when the brain receives a signal that you need to keep eating? And what happens when he receives contradictory signals?

Balance Leptin, Balance Weight

There's nothing to argue with science. If you are a person of average health (meaning that you do not suffer from one chronic disease or another that causes, among other things, obesity), you should be able to balance the levels of leptin and other hormones related to the digestive system, hunger, and satiety.

Once you have balanced these hormones, which have long since gone out of balance, you are already halfway to natural and healthy, normal and continuous weight loss. All that's left is to continue eating normally, and see the simple scientific wonder – you're losing weight. This state of imbalance leads to the brain not listening to that leptin. This is due to an imbalance in the leptin-insulin system, and in fact to an imbalance in the system of satiety and hunger. Once you balance it out – life changes for the better, and you start to lose weight, just like in a diet of Fit Dad .
