כישורי תקשורת בין-אישית גבוהים ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
שיקול דעת, סודיות ואחריות אישית גבוהה
שליטה בסביבת עבודה ממוחשבת ו-Office
עדיפות לבעלי תואר ראשון בניהול משאבי אנוש, עבודה סוציאלית או תחום קרוב
