About Gil Randler
I have a passion for making the worlds of insurance and finance more accessible to everyone, and I'm excited to share my journey with you.
I began my career as an economist and business banker at a leading financial institution after completing my bachelor's degree in economics and management with a specialization in entrepreneurship at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College.
While I enjoyed my work, I wanted to do more to help young entrepreneurs succeed in their ventures. That's why I became a business mentor at the Young Entrepreneurs Association, where I could share my knowledge and experience with those who were just starting out.
My desire to help people didn't stop there, after studying in the field and passing the required tests, I received a license as a pension insurance agent from the Ministry of Finance and a license as an investment marketer from the Securities Authority.
With this knowledge, I worked at one of the largest pension management agencies in Israel, where I handled many high-tech companies in the Israeli and international sectors.
But my work is not only about pensions and insurance, I believe in giving back to the community and that's why I took part in a volunteer delegation in Tanzania. There I renovated an orphanage and taught children in elementary school.
It was a very rewarding and special experience, and it reminded me of the importance of connecting with others and giving back
My ultimate goal is to make the worlds of insurance and finance accessible to the general public, at eye level. I want to break down barriers and make it easier for people to understand and navigate these complex systems. I believe that by doing so I can help more people achieve financial stability and security.
