Throughout our years of independence, we have experienced many challenges that every self-employed woman experiences – in the fields of marketing and sales, in the balance between business and family, a sense of loneliness when there is no large body to which they belong, making decisions on their own, and more. We learned to deal with areas that are less familiar to us, to consult with colleagues and professionals, we learned from trial and error, we enriched ourselves with professional and business knowledge, and we understood that a profession, the insurance agent, requires, among other things, sensitivity, empathy, social skills, interpersonal abilities – qualities that women excel in.

We realized that the world of insurance and finance is mostly made up of men, who experience slightly different challenges and are not always aware or understand the experience of women in this world. We realized that we have a huge advantage in accompanying women who own an independent business in the field of insurance because we understand the challenges, barriers and strengths that women come with, we speak the same feminine language, we have the same needs and the desire to be part of a community that envelops us on a professional and personal level.
Today, we are an inspiration and serve as mentors to women in our field, and from this the "Ambition" agency was born.
